These services are available exclusively to Super Users and the Normal Users assigned by them.
— an organization that registers an account to use 7TECH SECURITY Team Services.
Such users may include companies, government institutions, and unincorporated organizations.
A Super User can, within its account:
— a natural person invited by a Super User to use 7TECH SECURITY Team Services under their supervision and granted a Normal User account.
— an organizational structure consisting of Normal Users, created by a Super User for the purpose of using specific 7TECH SECURITY Team Services.
— a natural person (data subject) using 7TECH SECURITY services other than Team Services, who registers an account in their own name and for their own use, and is not a member of any organizational structure.
— an operational center that provides services for receiving and processing alarm events, such as notifications about equipment anomalies.
— services provided to users of 7TECH SECURITY by third-party service providers, including but not limited to the Alarm Receiving Center.
Such providers may — with the user's authorization granted through 7TECH SECURITY, or without it (subject to separate user consent) — deliver remote monitoring services, including:
To provide you with 7TECH SECURITY services, we, acting as either a data controller or a data processor, collect and process your personal information.

If you are a Super User, you may provide this data yourself or through an installer to create the account.
If you are a Normal User, the Super User of your organization creates the account on your behalf and provides your data (for example, for registration activation, password reset, receiving alarm notifications, etc.).
When account information changes, the old data is not retained.
By signing in to your account, you confirm your consent for data collection, processing, and storage by installers, the Super User (if applicable), and 7TECH SECURITY.
Data is retained until the account is deleted.
When adding, installing, activating, or managing devices, we collect basic information such as the device name, verification code, serial number, and IP address — uniquely associated with the device connected to 7TECH SECURITY services and linked to your account.
When you grant other users access to your devices via 7TECH SECURITY, we collect the data necessary to enable sharing — for example, the email address of the user with whom you share the device.
Through 7TECH SECURITY services, you can invite other people (friends, family members) to use the services or install the mobile application.
We collect their email addresses to automatically send an invitation on your behalf.
This information is used to send the invitation, register the person (if they accept), and analyze invitation effectiveness.
